Currently in trial use by doctors in Uganda and India.

Evotech radically redesigned the standard endoscope found in American Hospitals (average cost: $70,000) and created a low-cost device with off-the-shelf parts designed for use in the developing world and with a cost of approximately $250.

Our project was to improve the design to be durable, sterilizable, waterproof, and capable of being manufactured at scale. We also identified new business opportunities for the endoscope and built a plan for expanding the devices reach.
